These terms and conditions apply to the Parma Group Christmas Sale. By taking part in this promotion, you agree to the terms set out below, which operate alongside our standard Terms & Conditions.
1. Promotion Details
- 10% off all products across the Parma Group website.
- The discount is automatically applied at checkout when you are logged into your customer account.
- This promotion excludes trade customers.
- The offer is valid online only and cannot be redeemed via phone orders.
- The offer can be combined with other promotions, although no other promotions are currently active.
2. Free Shipping Offer
- Free standard shipping on orders of £100 or more to Mainland UK.
- Shipping outside Mainland UK follows our normal delivery rules and rates.
3. Promotion Dates
- The sale began on 1st December at 8:00am.
- The promotion is valid until 31st December at 11:59pm.
- Our final dispatch date before Christmas is 19th December.
- Orders placed between 20th December and 4th January will be dispatched from 5th January onwards.
4. Returns & Refunds
- All returns, refunds, and exchanges follow our standard Returns Policy.
- Sale pricing does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Eligibility
- Discount available only to customers with a registered and logged-in account.
- Trade customers are excluded from this promotion.
- Gift cards are not offered and therefore not part of this promotion.
6. General
- Parma Group reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.
- If a pricing, discount, or checkout error occurs, Parma Group may correct or cancel affected orders.
