What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us to request a returns form.

Trade Customers

All trade discount account customers will be subject to a 15% restocking fee for returning goods. Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase and a returns form must be completed beforehand. Subject to goods being in proper condition.

End Users

End users may return their goods within 30 days for a full refund subject to goods being in a proper condition. Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase and a returns form must be completed beforehand.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

A minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. We reserve the right to levy a £30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

Title

What is PCD?

The term PCD (pitch circle diameter) is often used when specifying the correct wheel trims or wheel nut safety products to fit a certain spacing of wheel nuts.
 

The pitch circle diameter is simply the distance in mm from the centre of any one wheel nut across the middle of the wheel to the centre of the opposite wheel nut.

How do I measure the offset of a wheel?

Place a flat, straight-edge object across the wheel so that it touches both sides. Then, measure back the distance from the mounting surface to the surface of the wheel. For a super single wheel, this would normally be 30mm (such as PAR-750) or 40mm (such as PAR-740).

What is the difference between steel wheel nuts and alloy wheel nuts?

They are different sizes. Steel wheel nuts are typically 26mm and alloy wheel nuts are typically 32mm.

How do I know what size trims I require?

If you look at the wheel you're buying for, on the tyre you'll find a series of letters and numbers. Typically, the wheel size will be after the letter R. See the graphic below - you'll be looking for the rim size. In both of our examples, the wheel is 22.5".

How do I get an out of stock product?

If the product you want is out of stock and you haven't found an alternative to suit you, sign up to be notified when the product is back in stock on the product page, and you'll receive an email when they're back! Alternatively, call our sales team to ask about being placed on our back order list.

What safety products can I use with wheel trims?

This depends on what you have. For nut rings, most people choose long reach indicators, which protrude through the nut holes. You can also use wheel nut locks, such as Prolock and Zafety products under the rings. 


For ring fit wheel trims, we recommend wheel nut locks. This is because the trims cover the wheel nuts, so visual indicators are no good. To ensure that your wheel nuts stay in place, wheel nut locks are by far your best bet.

SHIPPING FAQ

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 14:00 and being delivered to a UK address can be expected the next business day (subject to stock availability). Anything after this would be the following business day. You will receive tracking details once your goods have been despatched and for longer lead times, a member of the sales team will be in touch.

All orders received after 14:00 on Friday through Sunday will be sent on the following Monday. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on your location and what you order, but the charge for delivery of orders is shown before the payment is confirmed. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above £250

Who do you use for shipping?

Currently, the couriers we use within the UK are FedEx, APC Rapid Despatch & UPS. 

What if i'm not there for the delivery?

If you would prefer for your goods to be left with a neighbour or delivered to an alternative address please inform us at the time you place your order. In the event of there being no one present to accept delivery, a card will be left with contact details for you to call and arrange another delivery time. 

I'm not from the UK. Will there be import charges?

Delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. 
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
