Pricing

VAT-Exclusive Pricing: As we primarily serve the automotive industry, all prices shown on our product pages are exclusive of VAT. This will be calculated and added clearly at the checkout stage. No hidden fees, just the standard tax.

 

We manage the relationships with dozens of manufacturers so you don’t have to. By sourcing in bulk and holding the inventory ourselves, we can offer competitive prices that reflect the true market value of professional-grade equipment.

 

Our goal is to ensure that the price you see is fair, stable, and reflective of a high-performance product that’s ready to ship today.

Shipping

Delivery Costs (Mainland UK)

We keep our shipping rates simple and transparent:

Orders over £250: Free Delivery.

Orders under £250: Flat rate of £9.50.

Outside Mainland UK: Shipping costs vary by location; your specific rate will be calculated and shown clearly before you confirm payment. If the checkout does not have a price for your country, feel free to contact us so we can find a price for you.

 

Timelines & Cut-offs

Order by 14:00 (Mon–Thu): Dispatched same-day for delivery the next business day.

Order after 14:00: Dispatched the following business day.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday through to Sunday are dispatched on Monday.

 

Real-Time Tracking

The moment your goods leave our warehouse, you will receive tracking details via email. Since we use DPD, you’ll get a specific delivery window so you don't have to wait around all day.

 

What if it’s out of stock?

We aim for 100% availability, but if we have an unexpected stock gap:

The 3-Day Goal: We still aim to get your goods to you within 3 business days.

Personal Communication: If we expect a longer wait, a member of our sales team will contact you personally to provide an updated ETA.

Support

We aren't just shifting boxes; we know our inventory. If you aren't sure if a part is compatible with a specific vehicle or setup, call us. We’d rather tell you not to buy something than have you deal with a return.

 

If a product arrives damaged, we don't hide behind a complicated portal. Contact us within 30 days, and we will arrange the DPD return or swap-out to keep your downtime to a minimum.

 

We personally vet the manufacturers we work with. If a product line doesn't meet our standards for the automotive trade, we don't stock it. You’re buying our "filter" as much as the product itself.
