The Zafety Lug Lock device fits snugly over two adjacent nuts on the truck or bus wheel to secure them together. It is fitted after the nuts have been properly torqued, and the nuts can be torque-checked without removing the device.

This particular Zafety is for 19mm wheel studs with a 70mm spacing.

The high visibility yellow colour provides instant confirmation that the safety product is in place.

Application Guidelines

Fit the Zafety Lug Lock to all wheel nuts on each wheel where possible. Easily fitted and removed by hand, but we do recommend the tool found here for speedier application. Ensure the device is pushed as far back on the wheel nuts as possible for maximum security.
