1. general

This sales promotion is for our reflective conspicuity tapes only, and is valid from 17th September 2024 10:00am until 24th September 2024 23:30pm.
The Promotion entitles you, at the time of ordering, to a saving of 15% on a new order placed via the website or phone.

2. redemption

The promotion will not be automatically applied. The user must tick the coupon box within the product page and add the product to their basket. Only then will the discounted price show.

The promotion cannot be applied from the quick shop option. The product page must be opened for the coupon option to appear.

Trade users must call our sales team (+44 (0)1728 745700) and place their order via phone to be able to redeem the promotional 15% off on top of their current trade price.

The promotional discount will only be applied to the reflective tape products, and will not affect other cart items, fees, taxes or shipping.

3. eligibility

Our sales promotion is open to all customers. Log in is not required.

Trade customers will need to call our sales team, and place their order via phone to redeem the discount.

4. stock restrictions

While we have tried our best to have good stock of all products, the promotion is subject to availability and while stocks last.

If branded tape is used with the discount, we will contact you regarding your logo for personalisation and we will give you an estimated production time.

5. promotion combinations

Using the 15% off coupon alongside other items on sale is permitted.
Using the 15% off coupon with other discount promotions is not permitted.
Using the 15% off coupon on top of trade prices is permitted, but must be ordered via phone with our sales team.

6. usage limits

The discount has no maximum use limit per customer. The customer is free to make multiple orders using the discount.
The promotion is subject to availability.

7. returns

In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order and apply the coupon from the product page as done originally.
